It's official!

On Sept. 23 in an LA hospital, For Love or Money winner Erin Brodie gave birth to a 6-pound, 14-ounce baby girl named Scarlett Brodie Kirby, In Touch has learned exclusively!
 
Erin and her Big Brother 2 star fiancé Will Kirby -- founder of the Dr. Tattoff chain of tattoo removal clinics -- have been dating for seven years and got engaged last summer.
 
"They already have a son, Cash, so having a girl is very exciting for them," a friend confesses. "She is the cutest baby. Both mom and dad are thrilled."
